🍦Easy 4-Ingredient Dairy-Free Ice Cream for Toddlers! Smooth, creamy, and little human approved—perfect for little ones with food sensitivities!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups mixed frozen berries
- 1 can full-fat coconut cream (chilled)
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional nutritious ingredients:
- Little one approved collagen powder
- Nut or seed butter
- Hemp seeds
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, add the frozen berries, coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the sweetness with more maple syrup if needed.
- Pour mixture into your @catchy silicone bowl or another freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for 2-4 hours (or overnight). For a creamier texture, stir the mixture every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours to prevent ice crystals. We also love using frozen ice block moulds for these!
- Once frozen to your desired consistency, scoop and enjoy! If it’s too firm, let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly.
